Manual Welding Advantages

Spot Welding
Spot welding is a resistance welding process that joins metal sheets by applying pressure and passing an electrical current through the contact points. This generates heat due to the metal's resistance, causing the metal to melt and fuse together, creating a spot-like weld. The process is quick, typically taking a fraction of a second, and results in a strong bond.
Robotic Welding
Robotic welding automates the welding process, meaning robots perform the welding and handle the parts, eliminating manual input. Welding robots are programmable, allowing them to follow pre-set welding paths and parameters. Robots can weld with high precision and accuracy, ensuring consistent weld quality. Robotic welding systems can operate continuously, increasing productivity and reducing lead times. Robotic welding produces consistently high-quality welds, reducing rework and scrap.
