Manual, Spot & Robotic Welding Services

Strength & Precision

Welding is one of the most common methods for creating permanent joints and structural connections for a variety of metalwork applications across industries. At CMA, our welding department combines the expertise of skilled welders with the precision of advanced robotic systems.

Manual Welding Advantages

Our skilled manual welders use top-of-the-line MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding equipment to create precisely controlled welds for a variety of applications. With an experienced professional in full control of the process, manual welding is ideal for creating prototypes, custom work, or small production runs with a high degree of difficulty or complexity.

Spot Welding

Spot Welding

Spot welding is a resistance welding process that joins metal sheets by applying pressure and passing an electrical current through the contact points. This generates heat due to the metal's resistance, causing the metal to melt and fuse together, creating a spot-like weld. The process is quick, typically taking a fraction of a second, and results in a strong bond.

Spot Welding

Robotic Welding

Robotic welding automates the welding process, meaning robots perform the welding and handle the parts, eliminating manual input. Welding robots are programmable, allowing them to follow pre-set welding paths and parameters. Robots can weld with high precision and accuracy, ensuring consistent weld quality. Robotic welding systems can operate continuously, increasing productivity and reducing lead times. Robotic welding produces consistently high-quality welds, reducing rework and scrap.

Robotic Welding Advantages

When consistency and speed are key, we offer fast and accurate robotic welding. Ideal for high-volume production, robots can repeatedly produce uniform welds quickly on a large scale. By automating the welding process, we can offer efficient robotic welding services while reducing labor costs.
