High-Volume Production with Precision
Metal Stamping Services
Metal stamping is a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing process that uses custom dies and presses to form, cut, or emboss sheet metal into predefined shapes. At CMA, our cutting-edge stamping equipment allows us to produce large quantities of identical components quickly and consistently, even with more complex 3D forms.
Build your future with CMA.
Metal Stamping Applications & Advantages
Unlike turret punching, which is most suited for flat parts, metal stamping allows for the speedy, cost-effective production of complex 3D forms and shapes. Here are some of the capabilities of our stamping presses:
-
Blanking: Cutting out flat shapes from a metal sheet (e.g., vehicle panels, furniture frames).
-
Piercing: Creating holes or cutouts in metal (e.g., brackets with mounting holes, perforated screens).
-
Bending: Forming metal into specific angles or curves (e.g., reinforced brackets, conveyor system side panels).
